In this video we learn about intentional strategy and how to push your opponent back. Tennis has become too technical. When all is said and done in a match, technique plays a small part in whether we performed up to our potential. Having intention, without any thought about technique, becomes a bigger part of the a winning strategy. Pushing your opponent back with deep shots is the most basic strategy from the baseline. The more you can consistently push your opponent back, the more opportunities you will create for yourself to win the match. Every player needs to make this basic strategy become second nature if they are to keep their opponent at bay during match play from the baseline. Give this intentional strategy a try and see how often you are able to make it happen. Good luck and stay loose!
