In this video I give you a sample of what I like to work on in my serve progression. The arm needs to be as loose as possible to take advantage of the body and it’s flexibility. While we are using the flexibility of the shoulder for most of the power on the serve, the arm needs to be able to use the shoulder’s flexibility to maximize speed. It’s all about effortless power in my progressions but all the moving parts need to be able to lead to one another in a seamless progression. Please let me know what you think!
