Welcome to Natural Tennis Solutions! My name is Gene Molina and I hope I can help you on your journey to master this wonderful game that we all love. Directional Control is one of the most difficult parts of tennis to master. This video gives you a guide to make directing a ball much more achievable by using your eyes to focus on a certain part of the ball. Knowing that there is an outside and inside of the ball to make contact with will help your chances of making your shots more controllable. This visual concept requires no technical changes to your current shot technique. Make the tennis ball your target with the racket and feel what part of the ball needs to be hit to direct it. Feel is a part of tennis that is very underrated. In my opinion, the only thing that should be on your mind during competition should be hitting the inside or outside of the ball as you tactically make decisions.

Hope this helps! Please email me at naturaltennissolutions@gmail.com or leave me a comment about anything this stirs up in your mind. Thanks!
